Fashion & #MyStyle | ChezJumelle Vintage

Vintage style never goes out of fashion, while wearing it right makes you stand out from the crowd. Besides, it is kinda comfortable. Vintage styling for me feels like home. I have also come to discover that perhaps I might have a colour calling which I have been dodging for years cos I am now so comfortable rocking colour.

Imagine how excited I was when the sisters who own Chezjumelle contacted me and sent these lovely items

I was ecstatic. They are gorgeous! Knowing how simplistic I can be, the simple round brooch is my favourite and I wear it with EVERYTHING now, lol.

To show you how obsessed I have become with these items, I styled them to work last week, into the weekend and used a brooch as a hair accessory
Tuesday - OOTD shoes from Max Fashion at@thepalmslagos, blouse & skirt from @elsievintage, nails are @maccosmetics Morange and @chezjumelle brooch

Friday - OOTD: Polo by Ralph tee, Belt from Mr. Price, Folded denim, custom 1923 shoes and ChezJumelle brooch
Sunday look. ChezJumelle vintage silk scarf and vintage geometric earrings
Did you also know that you can use a vintage brooch as a hair accessory? They look so much classier than modern brooches. See what I did with one of mine below
Unfortunately like all vintage items, these are one of a kind and so aren't available on the ChezJumelle site again. However, I will be creating a couple of fashion boards using some of my clothes and some ChezJumelle pieces from their store. That will definitely inspire you.

Cheers,
